The riverfront at Frontier Park was the setting for many neighbors and friends.

 

Some danced, some relaxed and listened and some tried in vane to have conversations on cell phones.

 

The Deep Six played memorable songs from current rock to classic rock. Artists such as Steve Miller, the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Green Day and Maroon 5 are covered by them skillfully and with party spirit.

Frontier Park is a worthwhile destination on its own. It boasts a beautifully refurbished train station, a couple of cabooses to see up close and the river view.

Festival of the Little Hills runs from August 17 through August 19 at Frontier Park;

St. Charles Municipal Band at Frontier Park on August 16, 23 and 30 from 8-9 p.m.;

Fridays @ Frontier will be held on August 31 from 5–10 p.m.

 

 

On August 3, the St. Charles Jaycees sponsored Fridays @ Frontier which provided the community with the music of the classic rock band, The Deep Six.
