The Ralph Butler Band
The Ralph Butler Band played to a lakeside crowd Saturday night. As people circulated and visited with each other, the band played many familiar favorites like 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover and Kodachrome.
The two female singers had strong, impressive voices. What a treat. The saxophone added an r&b dimension and mood.
The leader of the band, Ralph Butler, made his way around the audience, dancing with members of the crowd and a few of the kids. His charming, out-going personality was fun to watch.
Rain and lightening threatened the concert early; but the band was able to play for at least an hour before audience members dashed to their cars.
